Job description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/ Administrator to be based in our Inverness Head Office and support our busy regional recruitment administration team.

Working at the reception desk, the successful applicant will need good all-round administration experience to provide effective, efficient and professional front of house and administrative services to the recruitment team and contractors. This position would ideally suit a candidate who has some administrative/reception experience within a customer services environment, has a good attention to detail and good organisational skills to manage a busy and diverse workload.

Main duties will include:

  • Answering switchboard, transferring calls, and welcoming visitor/clients.
  • Processing any mail/packages and providing general office and management support.
  • Process all new and updated CV's formatting to a high standard for submitting to Clients.
  • Ensure required Candidate and Client on boarding paperwork is completed in a timely manner prior to assignments commencing.
  • Prepare required assignment letters and documentation
  • Undertake and complete pre-employment checking requirements.
  • Maintain and update the Candidate database as required, ensuring that information held is accurate and correct.

This is a full-time permanent role.
