Receptionist

Immediate start
Rate - £11.21 per hour

Our client, a successful engineering testing business is seeking a Receptionist to join their Team at High Wycombe.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, provide high level of customer support to clients and have solid Microsoft skills.

* Providing Administration support to various departments including checking incoming emails, scanning documents, copy typing, filing and processing invoices and credit notes
* The ordering of supplies
* Reception duties to include answering and directing calls, organising H&S inductions for visitors, co-ordination of meeting room bookings, sorting post and deliveries
* Co-ordination of onsite fire testing training events


SKILLS


* Good general administration, coordination and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability and willingness to work on a busy reception / switchboard
* Self-management - scheduled and unscheduled tasks with the ability to plan department workload and daily functions
* IT Skills - proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel & Outlook, with the ability to learn bespoke software, as required
* The business willing to consider candidates with limited experience but looking to start their Office Admin career

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4.45 pm, each day with 45 mins for lunch.
