Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of QHSE Programs Coordinator & Training Facilitator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Develop, lead and deliver the QHSE engagement program, Pulse and Impact Quality (PIQ), to all worksites, both onshore and offshore.
* Deliver coaching and train-the-trainer sessions to resources that will support the facilitation of PIQ and other QHSE programs.
* Assists in the continual development of our QHSE engagement programs and PIQ supplementary material.
* Provide regular feedback to the business regarding PIQ implementation status, effectiveness and continual improvement planning.
* Engagement with key stakeholders to identify training needs across the business.
* Manage the PIQ plan and coordination of activities for network of PIQ support facilitators.
* Support personnel through QHSE coaching onsite and develop and facilitate ad-hoc QHSE training.
* Provide input to the development of QHSE strategy, objectives and continual improvement.
* Support incident investigations through training, coaching and participation in investigations.
* Support the development, implementation and update of QHSE documents within the GBPMS.
* Enable QHSE sharing and learning across the wider business.
* Reinforce and strengthen the QHSE culture at every opportunity.

Experience & Qualifications:
* A nationally recognised health and safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA or similar)
* Formal leadership or coaching certification, at diploma level.
* Experience in the global subsea industry, both onshore and offshore.
* Demonstrable track record in QHSE training and program delivery.
* Experienced in delivering non-technical skills training e.g. Human Factors, Human and Organizational Performance, Insights, etc.
* Knowledge of incident investigation techniques.
