Purchase Ledger Clerk
Contract - 6 months+
Immediate start
Rate £14.25 per hour + holiday pay
Location - Dalgety Bay
35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Our client, a successful and innovative manufacturing engineering business is seeking to appoint a well-organised and capable Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Finance Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have below attributes:

* Strong attention to detail.
* Be proficient on IT systems including Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and in-house systems.
* Have confidence and experience of processing invoices.
* Strong communication skills
* Team focus

Duties will include:

* Matching and coding invoices
* Preparing and running BACS payments
* Entering supplier invoices onto system
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Dealing with supplier account queries
* Working out VAT payments
* Other financial admin duties as required.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am- 4.30 pm, half hour unpaid break and Friday 8.30 am - 1.30 pm.
