919305 - Pump Engineer

Due to an upcoming workload we are going to be recruiting for Pump Engineers for both onshore and offshore projects

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all company equipment and accessories on site.
  • Carry out daily checks, routine maintenance activities and ensure that all equipment and accessories are kept clean, tidy and fit for purpose.
  • Complete associated reports and paperwork.
  • Ensure equipment is operated at optimum performance in full compliance with recommended guidelines, manufacturers' tolerances and Company procedures.
  • Ensure equipment is operated safely and following best practise in order to prevent breakdown or damage.
  • Ensure servicing, replacement of wear parts takes place at the appropriate time to minimise cost of repair and unscheduled downtime of equipment
  • Ensure that onsite spares inventory is kept safe and secure.
  • Ensure that replacement parts are kept at required levels through prompt completion and submission of Mobilisation Request Forms
  • Assist, support and participate in other on-site activities as required.
  • Responsible for ensuring that prior to leaving site, all equipment, spares, hoses and accessories are made ready for de-mobilisation in a safe and efficient manner.

This is a contract position

The rate for this position is negotiable
