Job Spec:

  • Attend Kick Off / Pre-Production Meeting(s) as required
  • Establish Key Contacts list at site (supplier and client)
  • Establish and act as client interface for all site activities
  • Ensure Induction process is implemented at site
  • Ensure site is secured and safety signage is erected where appropriate
  • Ensure site specific emergency procedures are available to all personnel
  • Expedite any project documentation required to facilitate the works at site
  • Expedite supplier procedures & method statements for review (Supplier checklists)
  • Co-ordinate & review project specific Risk Assessments where applicable
  • Collate manufacturing records at site
  • Communicate safety bulletins to supervisor for inclusion in Toolbox talks
  • Complete and submit timesheets for company personnel
  • Liaise with production supervisor re site equipment requirements
  • Liaise with production supervisor re site manpower requirements
  • Co-ordinate procurement of additional materials & consumables required at site
  • Co-ordinate flights, travel & accommodation with logistics personnel
  • Co-ordinate in country travel for client personnel (Airport / Hotel / Airport)`
  • Compile project progress reports and tracker, to include areas of risk or concern
  • Attend regular progress meetings as required, reporting any issues
  • Identify and report any potential changes to workscope
  • Facilitate daily progress call to head office
  • Be familiar and comply with project/site process and procedures
