Reporting to the Head of Projects and Construction the Project Services Manager's primary responsibility is to lead the Planning/Scheduling and Cost Management function for the various departments within PCM and manage the overall Project Services team located in the site based offices.

Planning and schedule development through all facilities project phases.

Identify and report on the critical path for active projects.

Complete schedule variance reporting as directed.

Assist with contractor and PCM manpower loading.

Provide weekly planning updates on all active projects.

Develop and maintain the overall budget plan schedule, update as required and report on variance.

Ensure daily construction reporting is accurate, timely and reliable.

Develop the weekly management presentation for review at the weekly management meeting.

Lead weekly planning sessions with all department leads involved in the planning and execution of the overall budget plan.

Liaise with site and London based teams as required to ensure accurate and reliable project schedules are developed and maintained through all project phases.

Develop cost estimates at all project stages for CAPEX Projects and OPEX Projects as required.

Track and report on cost performance on a weekly and monthly basis for all active PCM projects, including committed, incurred and forecast to complete costs.

AFE creation for CAPEX Projects and OPEX Projects as required.

Review CAPEX contractual commitments to ensure alignment with the approved PCM budget.

Assist with the compilation of the annual PCM budget, CAPEX and OPEX.

Maintain an accurate database of historical project costs utilised in the compilation of project cost estimates.

Compile or assist with the compilation of corporate project reports.

Periodically present on project performance to senior management.

Manage small OPEX/CAPEX projects as directed by the Head of Projects and Construction.

Manage the overall project services team located in the site offices.

Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, Power point (Preference given to candidates with advanced Excel Macro writing/coding and troubleshooting skills) P6 Planning and Scheduling software & Microsoft Project

Demonstrates a concise understanding of the principles of cost estimating and overall cost management.

Degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce or Finance required.

Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

French Speaking Preferred.
