Project Services Manager

Austria - Hybrid

Great opportunity to work as a Project Services Manager for a Global Energy & Chemicals company based in Austria, which has plans to become net zero by 2050.

As part of their strategy, they intend to transition from an integrated oil, gas, and chemicals company to become a leading provider of innovative and sustainable fuels, chemicals, and materials, while taking a leading global role in the circular economy.

The Role:
* Manage, recruit, guide, and allocate Project Services resources and ensure that all Project Services deliverables are aligned with one another and prepared in accordance with Company Standards and Best Practices.
* Provide input on Contracting Strategies as well as on Project Execution Strategies and Plans.
* Ensure that Project Controls requirements are specified within contracts and prepare contract scopes of work related to Project Services deliverables.
* Responsible for the coordination of the Operator's Budget process for the respective projects.
* Execute effective performance measurement and flag deviations.

Required Experience
* Degree qualified.
* At least 9 years of relevant professional experience.
* Wide experience in all project phases in operated and non-operated ventures.
* Strong knowledge of Project Management Tools for costs, schedule & risk (e.g. Primavera, Capdat, Omega Pims, Risk analysis & management tools).
* Excellent English skills.
