Our client is opening a brand-new office in the city centre of Aberdeen and they are looking for assistance setting up the office from scratch. Tasks include setting up a stationary cupboard, coordinating with suppliers to get departments set up. Purchase office furniture, liaise with fire protection companies to get extinguishers and procedures drawn up, first aid stations, set up a reception area.
Amongst other duties the successful candidate will be dealing with day-to-day facilities issues and providing a general secretarial/business support function.
This is a contract role for up to 12 months on a PAYE basis.
