Our client, is a leading, global, highly respected law firm.

The Role

Based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow the Project Manager will support growth by driving forward both internal and external initiatives. The Project Manager will work on strategic business projects and apply a structured methodology when undertaking analysis work and planning and delivering projects.

Core Tasks:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead project management activities.
  • Apply processes and tools to support the adoption of new ways of working.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of project communications.
  • Assess how changes will impact key stakeholder groups; conduct impact analyses; assess change readiness and plan required interventions to support these
  • Be aware of information security policies, and protect information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference at all times.

Key Skills

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle
  • Project Management experience and skills; associated qualifications if possible.
  • Experience of using Jira and Agile development methods are desirable but not essential
  • Have experience of designing and delivering effective process mapping and requirements
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Flexible, with the ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities.
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning and delivering.
  • Able to define and measure success using metrics to track progress.
