The Project Manager is responsible to ensure that the financial and delivery performance of projects meet clear and agreed targets.

The Project Manager is responsible for the development, agreement and upkeep of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) throught all of the project life cycle.


  • Ensure all assigned project(s) HSEQ targets are met.
  • Ensure all assigned project(s) delivery and financial performance targets are met.
  • Provide technical and commercial leadership to the project team during the Project lifecycle.
  • Manage the optimum level of resource to ensure project productivity and progress targets are met.
  • Ensure change control procedures are rigorously enforced and all/any change is visible, recorded and managed.
  • Provide accurate monthly cash flow forecast information for the project to senior management.
  • Take immediately all necessary actions and decisions to guarantee financial, time, quality and safety performance to maximise the allocated project(s) scope's goals achievements.
  • Achieve on time delivery of project milestones.
  • Ensures best compliance with specification at lowest final cost.
  • Provide regular updates of project HSEQ, delivery and financial performance to key stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings at all levels, both internally and externally as required to ensure that key deliverable dates are maintained.
  • Perform and lead regular project risk reviews in order to eliminate, mitigate or manage subsequent residual project risk ensuring the project risk register is kept up to date.
  • Build, lead and coach a committed Project team that guarantees the highest level of delivery performance.
  • Build long term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all project activities.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
  • Execute project in accordance with Company business practices and corporate policies.
  • Provide sound business sense and commercial judgement.
  • Maximise project profits.
  • Ensure work is carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with Company HSEQ policies.
  • Ensure that the project close out requirements are successfully executed for all stakeholders.

Qualifications / Experience;

  • Candidates must be qualified to HNC Level or above
  • Experience in multi discipline projects ideally in the oil & gas sector with sound technical background and wide ranging expertise.
  • Candidates must have experience of working on fast track brownfield projects in the North Sea
  • Candidates must have valid offshore certificates and medical
