Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Project Engineer, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities will include:
Build and own the relationship with the North Sea Drilling and Completion stakeholders.
Main interface to the supplier for identifying and determining availability of all necessary rental running tools
Initiation and execution of purchase orders for all subsea wellhead rental tools and service personnel
Assist with coordination, mobilisation, and logistics for tools and equipment to meet rig schedule
Management of aftermarket fabrication activities related to equipment and tooling repair or modification
Establishment and maintenance/revision of regional sub-agreements for aftermarket scope in conjunction with PSCM
Maintain technical insight into the proper function and rework requirements for various supplier's rental or company owned running tools
Assist project controls with bench marking exercises related to aftermarket scopes - standard tools, typical number of technicians, and associated rental costs for installation campaigns for various supplier systems
Overall management of company owned subsea wellhead equipment and tools stored at supplier and company locations
Provide support for ongoing offshore issues related to wellhead installation

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Significant experience in engineering and delivery of subsea hardware.
Experience in working with wellhead suppliers
Experience with wellhead systems
Experience of wellhead equipment installation and rig systems
