  • Ensure smooth and successful execution of projects meeting project strategies and objectives through the various project phases from feasibility studies, FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning, start-up to handover of project and project close out.
  • Ensure that projects meets safety, business control standard, quality, cost and schedule.
  • Identify the needs of each project and ensure proper engineering design, contracting, specifications are put together through approved procedures/ codes.
  • To lead the project team, including the engineering and construction contractors, in meeting the project objectives.
  • To self motivate and initiate plans to carry out all assignments professionally, diligently and expeditiously in accordance with established company procedures.
  • To acquire technical skills and project management skills through identified training courses or on the job training.
  • To be the single point of contact for business units and stakeholders, for the projects assigned.
  • To ensure timely development of project deliverable.
  • Ensure all engineering designs by EPC are in accordance with applicable codes and practices
  • Evaluate technical proposal with craft experts for vendor engineered items.
  • Approve engineering packages for construction.
  • Ensure integration among different disciplines (Piping, Inst, Electrical, Civil)


  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Singaporean and Singapore PR are preferred as we are offering local package
