Job Title: Project Delivery Director (£75,000 - £90,000)

Location: Nationwide

Background: This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Project / Programme Manager to help with the delivery of a number of packages of work for an International Energy and Regeneration company. The Project Delivery Director will report directly to the MD.

Role and Responsibilities: * Responsible for developing and maintaining long-term project opportunity identification and delivery strategy * Manage fleet-wide project management tactical framework * Lead and enable a consistent pipeline of investment * Close collaboration with Head Of Investment Delivery to ensure our programme management and project delivery function is proactive and agile * Align with key stakeholders strategic plans * Build and maintain highly effective relationships with stakeholders and wider network * Identify and embed best practise from other teams across the business and wider services sector * Ensure delivery model is aligned to the business cases that support it and activities are properly funded * Embody and continually demonstrate safety leadership behaviours, embedding these within all project and investment delivery activity * Challenge and support the on-Station project and operational teams to deliver project work efficiently and effectively. * Foster a culture of proactive innovation and creativity to look beyond the agreed models and objectives to identify greater value opportunities for the partnership * Demonstrate a progressive, positive, empowering leadership style, coaching and influencing the Station teams to lead both Engie and supply partner teams in a progressive and engaging style Maintain a central PMO model in partnership with, but also setting the standard for, the Station teams and provide nationally consistent leadership for national resource management models, outage resource support, Investment delivery methodologies, and national co-ordination of vetting.

Qualifications and Experience: * Degree educated * Lean Qualification * Constriction related professional qualification / accreditation
