We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong working knowledge of PIMS and SAP.

Aberdeen based.

The role will involve supporting a busy Operator Project on a contract basis ideally starting asap.

You will:
Be experienced in using the PIMS system for planning and coordinating project activities.
Be an experienced SAP user.
Have a background as a Senior Project Administrator/Project Coordinator.
Be available within a couple of weeks and be happy to undertake an initial 6 month contract

Responsibilities will include:
Manage/Implement the centralised project information system (PIMS)
Manage the project portfolio and individual project operating rhythms
Coordinate project registers (risk, MoC, interface, actions, NCRs, decisions and punch-lists)
Maintain key project documentation (FDP, EIA, PEP, BoD, Organisation Charts)
Coordinate project reporting and interfaces to co-investors and regulatory authorities
Coordinate project reviews, assurance, pre-read and action closure
Support project controls in cost and schedule integration
Support HSEQ in incident reporting, inspection and test planning
