Orion Group are seeking a Team Product Lifecycle Management (PLM - Project) Coordinator to work with our multinational medical device client in Leeds.

The role is released on an intial 12 month contract basis.

The Role:

  • Provide day to day support of engineering and marketing staff with PLMS Administration;
  • Preparation of Change Orders, including ensuring associated documentation is in compliance with local procedures
  • Assignment of Change Order Approvers
  • Reservation of product codes for finished goods as well as components
  • Assistance with completion of product availability activities for the release of products
  • Scanning of appropriate bundles for storage
  • Any other PLMS related activities required by engineering and/or marketing staff.

Excellent skills with various software and document management tools, with particularly strong experience in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat to an advanced level are highly desirable, as is some previous professional interaction with e.g. the NHS, Medical Device manufacturers, Pharma industry, Healthcare etc.
