Orion Group Sciences are looking for a Project Coordinator for our multinational medical devices client based in the West Yorkshire area on an initial 12-month contract with the potential to extend.


Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with MDR Project Team, and project engineers / managers at all levels to define, create, execute, and implement requests for controlled documents managed within the company.

Desired Experience and Background of the successful candidate

  • Excellent skills with various software and document management tools
  • Strong experience in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat to an advanced level are essential to this role
  • Organization and time management skills are also essential, as completion of work will be time-bounded and requested from multiple sources, sometimes simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills are a must
