We are seeking an experienced Project Control Lead to join a major gas infrastructure development project based in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the control function for the Gas Processing Plant (GPP) package, supporting a large-scale gas midstream project in Southern Iraq.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of project controls including contracts/procurement, cost control, scheduling, risk, reporting, documentation, logistics, HR support, compliance, and IT.
- Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to deliver on budget and schedule objectives.
- Interface with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of control systems and procedures.
- Monitor budget, cost, and contract performance; ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Support project HR needs, document control, and ensure alignment with project standards and HSE requirements.
- Ensure proper risk and compliance management across all GPP-related activities.
- Degree-qualified engineer with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in oil and gas project controls.
- At least 5 years in a similar project leadership role.
- Strong background in contract administration, planning, cost, and risk management.
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
- Ability to work in dynamic, multi-cultural, fast-paced environments.
