We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator/PA Secretary for an immediate 12 month contract position in the City Centre.

Key skills and experienced required:
Previous Project Secretarial/Administrative Experience
Minute Taking
Advanced Powerpoint
Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables
Document Control experience
Ideally exposure to Maximo for accounting.
Preferably immediate start.

Responsibilities will include:
Assist Project Controls Manager to update Projects Development Process in SharePoint
Provide direct support to the individual Project Managers as required
Act as the Projects Group BMS (Business Management System) focal point
Assist with creation of SharePoint sites for key projects, where required
Assist PCM with development of a Project Controls site within SharePoint
Issue monthly reports to the PCM, identifying areas of concern and potential Business Improvements
Focal Point interface with DCC
