Our Client currently has a vacancy for a Project Administrator based in Invergordon to assist with a new construction phase of the development.

Successful candidate should have a significant experience in implementing, developing and maintaining an efficient data management system.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the project team throughout the construction of the expansion development project; supporting cost, program and quality
  • Manage and update project data management system; accurately maintain databases for project documentation in line with company processes and procedures
  • Attend project meetings; compose and distribute minutes
  • Follow- up action items with team members
  • Provide status report summary; - routine internal communication of updates to the Construction Project in relation to the Project Activity Schedule
  • Provide assistance to Management in order to effectively communicate the project status to external Stakeholders
  • Assist with updating the Project Activity Schedule including cost analysis and cash flow

Key Experience & Attribute Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of IT elements of document management and proficient working with the Microsoft suite - including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility and adaptable approach to working
  • Attention to detail
  • Experienced working with controlled document management preferably within a construction environment
  • Experience working with electronic filing systems
  • Able to provide cash flow updates including funding spend and updates - desirable

Hours of work: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday

This is a fixed term contract for the duration of 12 months approx.
