Program Data Analyst

The role will be part of the Refining Technology and Engineering Global Reliability Improvement Program. The person will be key to ensure support to Program Manager and make the best use of available resources by standardization and methodical use of program management processes

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Program Manager in maintaining budgets and analyze actual spend against budget.
  • Engage with 3rd parties and support program manager with SoW and purchase requisitions
  • Manage and track the risks, issues, and opportunities on behalf of the GRIP Program Manager
  • Provide support, guidance, and coaching in the use of project/program management tools and techniques as required
  • Manage and support the program in the standardisation of the portfolio reporting and communication
  • Provide consistency across all refining partners
  • Provide analytical data around agreed KPI's for the programs and projects
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide reports to allow decision making
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders
  • Analyze performance data vs baseline and provide recommendations
  • Manage and administer the G-RIP SharePoint and website

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, sciences or engineering
  • Proficient and/or expert skills with Office365 suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, ProjectPplan, OneNote, Yammer, Sway and PowerBI
  • Good communications skills: verbal and written

Preferred Qualification

  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Visio
