Production Operators
Location - Perth
Contract - with view to permanent
Competitive pay rates


Our client, a successful engineering manufacturing business has requirements for Production Operators based in Perth. These roles are initially contract with a view to direct hire.


Working in a fast-paced production environment, candidates will demonstrate good work ethic, strong attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team and have manual handling skills.


The role involves general production work, line assembly and furnace tube construction. Working to strict time frames and within a team environment. Working to strict health and safety regulations.


Training rates for first 4 weeks
Dayshift - £10.55 per hour + £1.27 per hour holiday pay
Double Day shift - £11.62 per hour + £1.40 per hour holiday pay
Continental shift - £13.21 per hour + £1.59 per hour holiday pay
All shifts - Overtime £15.84 - £ per hour + £1.91 per hour holiday pay


Rate after 4 weeks:
Dayshift - £11.67 per hour + £1.76 per hour holiday pay
Double Dayshift - £12.84 per hour + £1.93 per hour holiday pay
Continental shift - £14.60 per hour + £2.20 per hour holiday pay
Overtime - £17.51 per hour + £2.63 per hour holiday pay
