Position Summary:

  • Accountable for overall development and delivery of procurement strategies and plans to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution.
  • According to related laws & regulations of state and company, with the leading of department manager to accomplish the procurement work as schedule.
  • Manage contractual relationships between company and supplier, and responsible for the pre-qualification of supplier prior to RFQ issue.

Responsibilities,

  • Accountable for procurement related activities, such as RFQ implementation & issue, inquiry, bid evaluation, negotiation and purchase order issuance, in accordance with agreed schedules, milestones and cost. Ensure all procurement activities compliance with established strategies, policies, regulations and procedures of the state and the company.
  • Providing oversight on all contractual issues to ensure suppliers act in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions, to minimize risk in accordance with legal, HSE, QA/QC considerations.
  • Implementation and execution of procurement plan and strategies in accordance with project requirements.
  • Responsible for coordination of import & export related logistical activities.
  • Responsible for the provide inquiry for proposal bid

Position Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent, major in business, trading, ocean engineering is preferred
  • 5 years minimum procurement experience in oil industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of material management work process, interfaces and system from inception to installation is preferred.
  • A high level of initiative, decision making skills, diligence, organization and thoroughness.
  • Good commutation skill and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, working knowledge of SAP MM Module is preferred.
