Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Process Instructor/ Assessor, based in Aberdeen.

Main Tasks:
Delivery of Process and related training programmes
To develop new process courses including presentation and candidate handout materials
To ensure awarding body criteria are used for assessment
Assist in the verification process where appropriate
To keep up to date with changes to awarding bodies criteria and standards
Complete all relevant paperwork as laid down by company policy and procedures
To be responsible for ensuring that all trainees under his/her supervision comply with company and Nescol Health & Safety Procedures.
To be responsible for the regular ongoing maintenance of process training equipment, technology and facilities.
To be an effective team player within the company Instructor/ Assessor role
To represent company in a professional and competent manner.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Good knowledge of a Production (Process) plant
Working knowledge and understanding of Process operations
Working knowledge of safe systems of work and permit to work system.
Communication skills
Planning and organisational skills
Good numeracy, literacy and computing skills
Industry Process work related experience
Appropriate technical Process or equivalent apprenticeship certificate
Current or previous teaching/training and presentation experience
