R&D Financial Analyst is required for a global provider of power solutions based in Stafford. The ideal candidate will be Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with either a degree or equivalent.

The Part Qualified Financial Analyst will have at least three experience as an analyst and be available on an ongoing basis until early 2018.

This role demands high levels of motivation, confidence and assertiveness, you must also be able to demonstrate experience of working in a pressurised and fast paced environment.


  • Control R&D spend by projects
  • R&D cost reporting
  • Reconcile R&D project spend
  • Provide R&D spend to site management and product lines
  • Invoicing costs
  • R&D Tax Credits (working with UK Tax team)
  • Assist in the audit of externally funded projects

The R&D Financial Analyst will be the main point of contact between finance and the R&D operation in Stafford, you will be providing reliable data on all R&D projects and ensuring all processes are in place for consistent reporting across a number of teams and sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for standardising the R&D reporting for the Stafford site and ensuring compliance with company policy.
