Our client is a chemical manufacturer in the Grangemouth area and are currently recruiting a Planning Administrator for their site.

In this role the main responsibilities are to maintain plant and equipment in designated areas of responsibility through collaborating with the other functions to ensure all operations of the planning sections are undertaken in accordance with company procedures. Liaising with production and engineering to ensure maximum resource allocation with maximum equipment availability.

You will be working within the Engineering planning team to support the gathering of the required technical activities and their time schedule in conjunction where appropriate with external companies and maintenance specialist and plant technicians.

The successful candidate will be computer literate with experience of CMMS (SAP), Microsoft Word, Excel and previous experience on Planning Maintenance systems. purchase orders and purchase requisitions. A background in maintenance/project planning in an engineering environment is preferred.
