We currently have a vacancy for a temporary Pensions Data Processor with the post duration until end of March 2019.

The main focus of the role will be undertaking a data cleanse exercise (pensions). This role will be responsible for the end to end process of the data cleanse.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Analyse data provided by Pensions Administrator to ensure data accuracy.
  • Use various sources of information to investigate and resolve any queries, such as electronic databases and paper files.
  • Investigate any data matches that are highlighted as part of client's participation in the National Fraud Initiative
  • Provide support to HR Business Partner (Pay & Reward) as required.

Skills:

  • Have previous Payroll & Pensions experience,
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills including the ability to manage a diverse and busy workload
  • Good communication skills, including influencing, listening and demonstrating clear written and verbal presentation
  • Good interpersonal skills that contribute to collaborative/team working and customer orientated service provision
  • Strong IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office applications and other HR and payroll systems
  • An understanding of Data Protection Legislation and Freedom of Information requirements

Prerequisites Required:

  • Disclosure Scotland (this is part of our Client's standard security checks and Disclosure Scotland check will be arranged for all successful candidates)
