We are seeking a Temporary Payroll Officer to assist our oil & gas service company client with running its payroll.

This is an immediate start position for approximately 6-8 weeks.

Ideally:
You will be available immediately
Able to assist on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks
Have previous payroll experience, on larger payrolls in the 100's of employees.

Responsibilities will include:
Input of time-sheets to Payroll System and trackers
Updating employee's payroll records
Calculation of offshore bonuses and overtime payments
Calculation of overseas earning and taxes
UK PAYE & NI Reconciliation
Input foreign PAYE & NI
Payroll Enquiries

Qualifications
Essential
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Payroll or equivalent

Experience
Essential
Significant relevant working experience.

Desirable
Previous experience managing full payroll function
