Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Payroll Assistant, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Prepare and input monthly data batches to Payroll system; including the export and import of data
Download file with complete payroll file and check for accuracy against source data then transmit to Payroll Provider
Ensure auditable salary approval process is complied with, reporting irregularities to the Payroll Supervisor
File all payroll correspondence
Provide support for share administration

Qualifications / Experience
Experience of working with Payroll systems and ability to comply with auditable processes.
Proven record of producing accurate gross to net manual pay calculations
Knowledge of Statutory PAYE regulations and procedures proven record of producing accurate gross to net manual pay calculations
Computer literate with advance working knowledge of Excel
Good prioritisation, time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
