Payroll Administrator, Perth, £19,000 to £20,000

Our client a leading manufacturing company, are seeking an experienced payroll administrator for their site in Perth, Scotland.

The successful individual will be responsible for the processing of weekly wages for all staff on-site.

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Process weekly payroll
  • Liaise with Managers/Supervisors to get the information needed for processing wages
  • Run the time and attendance reports weekly to produce hours for hourly paid employees
  • Produce payroll reporting for management accounts
  • Process SSP, SPP, SMP as required
  • Produce payslips and distribute
  • Prepare BACS transmission
  • Run various payroll reports
  • Deal with all sundry matters - P45, HMRC, insurance claims.
  • Maintain payroll reports for year end audit.
  • Manage holiday requests

Experience;

Working within payroll is essential.

Good Excel skills

Accurate inputting skills with attention to detail.

This is a permanent position, for 40 hours per week working 5 days.
