Our client is an Accountancy firm in Fife currently seeking an experienced Part-time Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper to join their existing team 12 hours per week over 3 days.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Process all bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts
  • Petty Cash
  • Credit Control
  • Managing Sales Ledger
  • Processing monthly Payroll

You will be computer literate and experienced in payroll and accountancy software.
