Painting Supervisor

We are currently supporting our Client specialising in engineering and fabrication with the recruitment for a Painting Supervisor staff position that has arisen within their fabrication facility based in Moray due to continued expansion.

The successful post holder will:

• Supervise and co-ordinate the day to day running of the blasting & painting facility
• Ensure the work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Prepare daily reports for various blasting and painting activities
• Liaise with the Workshop Manager and Project Engineers

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience as hands-on sprayer or shot blaster
• Understanding of paint inspection methods
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, guide and motivate others

Qualifications:

• NACE Level 2 Painting Inspection preferred but training will be given
