919562 - Spray Painter

We are recruiting for Spray Painters for ongoing projects in the North of Scotland

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Carry out all standard methods of surface preparation and blast cleaning in accordance with specifications and procedures
  • Responsible for applying a variety of coatings in accordance wtih specifications and procedures
  • Use all techniques for application of coatsing including airless spray, conventional spray and brush/ roller application
  • Ensure that all equipment is used in the correct manner and purpose it was intended for
  • Record all trigger time for all hand held vibrations tools used for the purpose of surface preparation
  • Undertake daily specification checks and record all data as set out in the protective coatings report
  • Complete function tests of all equipment intended for the task prior to undertaking the work at hand
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment and materials as required to enable project mobilisation and demobilisation activities to be efficiently completed

This is a contract position
