Our client is currently recruiting for the position of P2P PSCM Specialist, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Proactively manage multiple and varied stakeholder relationships to provide global standard P2P Process and Systems across the Operating Functions and Regions, leveraging best practices and lessons learned
Support end-to-end process and system integration across Category Management, P2P and MM
Support development of P2Pcp sustain training curriculum and materials with Process and Systems SME
Provide comprehensive training and coaching to PSCM teams and end-users as required on P2Pcp processes, including retro-fit activities for all deployed sites
Support post go-live activities for PSCM and end users on Procure to Pay common process as means to build capability to manage day to day P2P activities

University degree in Supply Chain, Business or technical discipline

Significant experience in a supply chain and Procure to Pay and business performance metrics
Experience in coaching and training
Ability to use process improvement techniques (e.g. CI / Six Sigma) to identify and deliver on opportunities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with individuals across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies, across organizational boundaries and levels within the company and with suppliers
Appropriate working knowledge of systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba and software tools such as Excel, Access

Professional PSCM qualification (MCIPS), MBA or equivalent
Previous work experience on global projects
Working knowledge of OMS elements 6.6
