Location: Waukegan, IL (hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Contract Length: 12 Months (with possible extension)

Pay Rate: $55-65/hr

Job Description:

The Strategic Outsourcing Associate supports the Outsourcing Center of Excellence (OCOE) and internal stakeholders by providing oversight and governance of outsourcing suppliers and the outsourced contractual arrangements for both ITO and BPO services.

Under the direction of the OCOE Leads, the Strategic Outsourcing Lead oversees OCOE's strategic vendors and executes contract management activities for assigned outsourcing engagements including:

  • Contract changes
  • Issue resolution
  • Contract clarifications as part of provisioning and delivering the OCOE's outsourcing governance shared services model

This role supports the Outsourcing Lead and internal client groups by providing oversight and governance of IT and Business Process (for example - HR, Finance, Clinical) outsourced engagements.

Executes contract management activities for assigned outsourcing engagements including contract changes, issue resolution, and contract interpretation, as well as ensuring annual contract management objectives are completed.

Assist in the drafting and delivery of RFx packages.

Provide project management support for RFx, contract negotiation/renewals, and other governance-related initiatives as assigned.
