Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Operations Supervisor, based in Aberdeen.

Key responsibilities:
Support the Offshore Installation Manager in building of a clear, shared vision, of 'no harm to people
Develop the Operational aspects of the facility HSSE plan
Lead incident investigations at the appropriate level
Verify that HSSE Critical Positions are described, resourced incl. stand-ins and included in succession
Monitor Capability of HSSE Critical Position incumbents, gap closure and implementation
Leadership
Establish regular behavioural based 1-1s with team members
Identify and drive improvement opportunities
Develop an effective working relationship with the OIM, OIM, Maintenance & Operations Lead,
Identify and drive improvement opportunities
Role model the leadership attributes (Authenticity, Growth, Collaboration, Performance)
Identification of operations resources for input to key activities e.g. TAR
Maintenance
Application of a robust procedure for the inspection, testing, maintenance & reporting of SCEs
Deploy ORIP/FRR Process within the facility
Technical Assurance
Achieve the global standard for deviation management (2%)
Test the application of controls as described in FSR, ORIP/FRR & ORAs.
Accountable for maintaining the correct levels of competence within the Ops Team
Accountable for the application of MOC process
Following of ORIP/FRR and FSR processes
Operations (including other Operational Excellence)
Drive improvements in operational activities through implementation of relevant OE Blades (e.g. Overall Equipment Condition)
Implement and maintain a robust Root Cause Analysis process
Instil a 'right materials, right place, right time' mentality and process within the Ops Team
Plan & Budget Ownership
Provide the Operations input to the ARP
Delivery of the IAP 28 day plan
Operations related Asset Integrity KPIs
Modifications
Assist in the prioritisation of modifications within facility budget
Identify & define process related changes
Appropriate operational input to all modifications
