Our Client, a global leading provider of professional cleaning equipment to the fish farming industry is currently seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to lead their Scottish/UK Operation.

The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility for the operation of the Scottish division of the company, reporting to the parent company based in Norway.

General duties will include inventory management, service assignments, accounting, reporting and participating in sales / tender handling to potential new customers.

Experience/skills required:

  • Good mechanical understanding with the ability to understand the product
  • Logistics / inventory / purchasing experience
  • Previous fish farming industry or related industry experience
  • Sales experience/ developing new sales leads
  • Contracts and tenders experience
  • Daily accounting, monthly reporting experience, understanding of the UK Customs and tax legislation
