Job description
Our Client, a leading provider of modification and upgrade services to assets both on- and offshore, currently have a vacancy for an Operations Assistant to join their team based in Invergordon, Ross-shire.
This is to cover a period of maternity leave, a contract of at least nine months but possible longer.
Main responsibilities:
Administrative duties
Providing support to the managers
Getting involved with projects
Arranging travel and accommodation for personnel
Processing timesheets
Document preparation and filing as required
Answering calls, dealing with queries from customers and suppliers
Other ad-hoc administration duties with other departments
Requirements:
General administrative experience
Good level of IT skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work on own initiative with minimum supervision required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week approx.
