Job description

Our Client, a leading provider of modification and upgrade services to assets both on- and offshore, currently have a vacancy for an Operations Assistant to join their team based in Invergordon, Ross-shire.

This is to cover a period of maternity leave, a contract of at least nine months but possible longer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties

  • Providing support to the managers

  • Getting involved with projects

  • Arranging travel and accommodation for personnel

  • Processing timesheets

  • Document preparation and filing as required

  • Answering calls, dealing with queries from customers and suppliers

  • Other ad-hoc administration duties with other departments

Requirements:

  • General administrative experience

  • Good level of IT skills

  • Positive and friendly attitude

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work on own initiative with minimum supervision required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Hours of work:

  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week approx.
