Onshore Shutdown Production Operations Focal Point
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Onshore Shutdown Production Operations Focal Point based in Barrow-in-Furness. . This a long term 12-month contract on a PAYE basis.
Role Deliverables and Responsibilities
Manage the development of the Drain, Flush and Purge Strategy
Working with the Process EA3, manage the development of the boundary isolation philosophy
Coordinate isolation and de-isolations for all shutdown scopes
Coordinate the author of decommissioning and recommissioning NROs
Lead the production ramp down philosophy as per agreed Business Plan
Lead the phased system handover as per agreed Shutdown Plan
Lead back end PSSR activities and systems handover for leak test
Close liaison with Flange Manager throughout the shutdown process
Develop and ownership of the leak testing strategy, including contingency planning
Manage the develop the production team rota for cover and increased resource during key shutdown dates
Close liaison with Process Engineer supporting the asset
Provide regular shutdown progress updates and priorities across all shifts
Lead Operations status updates at weekly shutdown meetings
Close liaison with Production Team Lead and Production Supervisors
Understand and ensure compliance with appropriate technical and Operational standards and specifications are met and adhered to
Close liaison with Support Engineers and TAs to ensure all Production Related Technical Queries have been closed out and approved
Provide Production support to Shutdown Delivery Lead when assessing break in activities
Provide operations input to CeSAR Scope Change process
Develop process ICCs for shutdown intrusive activities up to the ready to be Verified status, including Process Isolation Plans, Isolation Selection Tool etc, mapping all BoCs to appropriate re-instatement testing i.e. to a test pack, TQ deviation or reverse integrity joint
Work with maintenance supervisor to ensure an RV delivery strategy is in place and supported by the production team during execution
Act as PSSR operations focal point during execution phase
Coordinate NRO HAZOPs
Act as operations focal point for DRB meetings and provide input to steering committee meetings as required
