  • Qualifications -
  • Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering or High school qualification (technical subjects)
  • Management of Major Emergencies / Crisis Management Certification (Mandatory requirement)

  • Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in Offshore Operations / Maintenance / Engineering
  • Sound technical knowledge of the facilities, systems, equipment and processes
  • Complete knowledge of the facility support service requirements as well as technical knowledge regarding the deliverability of the service
  • Strong HSE background and regulatory knowledge regarding the implementation and/or compliance with the various policies and standards
  • Awareness of legislative, statutory requirements relevant to the Installation
  • Experience in managing a large workforce of 200 (two hundred) + personnel
  • Experience in managing multifunctional groups and multi-national teams
