Do you have solid offshore operations experience? Are you a skilled leader, who is motivated by being part of a cultural change processes to streamline and optimise operations? Then this is an opportunity to head up an offshore installation in the North Sea and impact a safety first culture.

Key responsibilities

You manage the integrated activities on the installation and further develop our safety culture to ensure that your personnel live a top safety culture. Moreover, you ensure the delivery of short and medium term plans in support of production and cost. Your responsibilities will be to:

 Take full responsibility for Health, Safety and Environment on your offshore installation

 Manage, motivate and develop a team of leaders to deliver results and deploy resources, and be overall responsible for a personnel

 Be accountable for daily delivering hydrocarbon production in a safe manner

 Align leadership, resources and management with two other Offshore Installation Managers

 Take an innovative change management approach to the safety culture on your asset in order to increase efficiency and optimize operations

 Responsible for leading and effective Emergency response within the safety zone of the installation

Your qualifications

 Solid experience from offshore and onshore operations as well as offshore safety culture and process safety understanding

 Strong understanding of risk management, change management and planning appreciation

 A strong communicator and collaborator, skilled at creating followship and you have a proven change management track record

 The ability to innovate and challenge status quo to ensure new ways of working

 You speak and write English fluently
