Orion Group are recruiting an Office Manager on behalf of one of our Multinational Technology Clients based in the Reykjavík area on a 12 month contract with potential to be extended.


  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands for Iceland and Denmark offices
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, landlord and Account Payable Team ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract, orders and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
  • Overview of office expenditure and budgets
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Support managing Premier Services Work Shops
  • Responsible for managing office services
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, point person for Global Security operations and Business Continuity
  • Responsible for planning and execution of company events
  • Responsible for managing and planning Marketing budget and activities
  • Managing the social media channels of the sub
  • Responsible for sending employees vacation details to payroll
  • Supporting DK OCP team with various assignments
  • Manage assist and guide team of 4 / 6
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Knowledge of Finance an advantage
