Office Administrator

Our Client currently has a vacancy for an Office Administrator within their Infrastructure Services based in Inverness.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinating, preparing and issuing work orders for repairs and maintenance
  • Invoice checking and processing
  • Completing monthly revenue accruals
  • Liaising with contractors ensuring timely completion of works
  • Monitoring incoming mail
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required


  • General office experience
  • Strong administrative background
  • Self-motivated and flexible approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
  • High degree of accuracy and great attention to details
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • 5 Standard Grades education including Maths & English (or equivalent)

Previous experience of projects, construction or engineering would be beneficial.

This is a contract position on a full time basis with the following hours of work:

Monday - Friday, 9am- 5pm

The rate for this position is negotiable
