Job description

Orion Group are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator / Coordinator on an initial 6-month contract for one of our industry leading clients in the Aberdeen area.

Location: Aberdeen

Duration/Hours: Initial 6 month contract / 37.5 hr week

Rate: £12 - £15 per hour - Circa £23,500 - £29,000

The Job:
* Ordering of parts / consumables (Online portal based system, along with XL use)
* Creating delivery notes (XL Docs)
* Organising the shipping of items and equipment (Outlook, XL and Word)
* Obtaining quotes (Outlook along with both Word and XL)
* General office-based tasks

Requirements:
* Attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload and time effectively
* Carry out final checks on documentation prior to execution
* Comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the business
* Extensive experience working with MS packages
