Our client is currently recruiting for the position of OAG Team Coordinator based in Aberdeen

Key Accountabilities
Provide daily support to OAG team including co-ordinating meetings (e.g. book meeting rooms, collate data/slides ahead of meeting, track actions), document formatting, manage holiday calendar.
Meeting presentation and report compilation, partner meeting participation and preparing minutes of meetings
Support raising purchase requisitions, PO amendments and expediting when required using the Maximo system.
Responsible for maintaining relevant Connect pages and Extranet DropBoxes
Supporting the administration of OAG contracts, including collating approvals for contractual changes
Arrange and support workshops/meetings/conferences (provide holiday support for others when required)
Create and maintain Asset Calendars, i.e. Corporate deadlines, Partner engagement and regulatory body requirements. Team diary and location management
Co-ordinate the Operational Risk Assessment approval process
Arrange travel and manage expenses for team members as required
Provide support to other areas within the projects as and when required

Qualifications/ Skills / Experience:
Educated to Higher level or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a similar position
Upstream Oil and Gas experience is highly regarded
Knowledge (egg systems, software, procedures, regulations):
Strong IT skills and ability to demonstrate competence in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Demonstrable competence in SharePoint
Maximo as a procurement system
Attributes and behaviours:
Communicates clearly and concisely both orally and in written documents
Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Show initiative and ability to deal proactively with any situation that develops
Exceptionally well organised with the ability to be flexible in prioritising deliverables and planning accordingly.
