Orion Group are looking for a Customer Quality - Medical Surveillance Specialist for a Contract Role based in a Multinational Medical Device Company in Inverness Scotland

Role Profile

The role of a Medical Surveillance Specialist is to work independently but with general supervision to prepare and submit Medical Device Reports (MDRs) to global Health Authorities. Ensures global reportable complaints are processed and submitted accurately, and on time to global Health Authorities. Acts as a resource for Customer Service regarding Potential Reportable complaints.


-Degree in Health related Science or LifeSciences; or be licensed, registered, or cerfified to administer Health Care.

- 0-2 years of experience in a medical field, patient education


Knowledge of diabetes and medical terminology strongly preferred

Sound business judgment and ability to make independent decisions to ensure compliance with FDA and global Health Authority reporting requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
