Job Role & Responsibilities

The candidate would provide a supporting role to the Lead Building Services Piping Engineer to deliver the building services piped systems design packages. These include steam heating and condensate, chilled and cooling water, potable and non-potable water, hot water, compressed air; mask / breathing air, services to / from HVAC systems, dry riser and above ground drainage.

In addition, the candidate would be required to produce drawings calculations and prepare technical reports, assessments and other miscellaneous documents supporting the piping design process.

A knowledge of the use of AVEVA Diagrams and experience of working on projects using PDMS would be useful.

Educational Professional Qualifications Required

The candidate must have at least 2 years post graduate building services design experience (preferably within the nuclear industry) and to be fully conversant with UK Statutory Regulations and industry design guides and standards relating to this discipline.
