Job description:

Processing the flow of goods and internal transport, in such a way that goods are handled adequately and are present at the designated places on time. Can be deployed in one sub-department Warehouse.

Activities / responsibilities:

Handling the flow of goods, including:

  • loading and unloading of trucks, intake of materials (internal and external);
  • checking incoming goods and preparing outgoing goods;
  • unpacking and repacking of goods; check for quality and quantity;
  • booking in and out of goods;
  • transporting materials, both manually and using transport systems, forklift, etc.;
  • take care of the storage of materials;
  • preparing and issuing goods according to orders;
  • collecting orders and packing goods according to regulations;
  • cleaning and 1st-line maintenance of equipment, work environment and warehouse.

Signaling deviations and particulars, reporting them to the supervisor and handling them according to specified assignments/guidelines.

Compliance with regulations, GDP and GMP guidelines, SOPs, and (ARBO) regulations.

Job requirements:

Educational background:

VMBO level

Specific training and experience

Forklift - High-bay truck certificate

Air Freight / Security Awareness Air Freight employee

Working safely with hazardous substances

GMP

GDP

At least 6 months of distribution experience

Knowledge:

Warehouse management

Knowledge of automated (WMS) systems

Skills

Experience with the forklift, stacker, hand pallet truck

Follow instructions and procedures (discipline)

Deliver quality (quality-conscious, accurate, handling details)

Good communication in word and writing
