Marketing/Samples Administrator

Our client is a manufacturing company in Glenrothes currently seeking a Marketing/Samples Assistant to follow up on leads generated from international trade exhibitions.

Duties will be varied and include calling and emailing contacts made at exhibitions to find out possible interest in our client's products, send out appropriate samples where required or agree follow up action before passing to the Sales team.

The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner and be able to work on own initiative while having tenacity to follow through the enquiry. You will be computer literate and have proficiency in Microsoft Office skills including Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills are required.

This is a temporary contract for 2 - 3 months , starting as soon as possible.

Normal hours of work are 08.30 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. Candidates seeking 30 hours plus will be considered.
