Marketing Executive

Location: Reading

Salary: £23,800 - £36,500 depending on skills and experience + benefits

Are you passionate and committed to delivering compelling marketing campaigns? As a Marketing Executive, you'll be part of a dedicated team delivering communications to retain our existing base, cross-sell additional products and a bit of everything in between.

You'll work with stakeholders on bespoke campaigns - knowing from the start what success looks like and how you're going to achieve it. You'll be writing best in class briefs which will inspire our agencies (and win us awards!), managing the end to end creative process including consolidating feedback and gaining all the necessary approvals. You'll get excited when you see great creative that delivers against the brief but also know how to provide the not so good feedback. You'll understand the intricacies of working in a regulated environment and within the legal, regulatory and compliance frameworks.

You'll be adept at understanding and interpreting data. You'll collaborate with other Product Marketing teams to ensure we're constantly learning about what works and what doesn't and how we can optimise all our activity.

Skills and Experience

You'll have 2/3 years previous experience working in either an agency or client side marketing team.

You'll have a good understanding of Retail Energy and/or Financial Services marketing - if you know about Boiler/Heating Cover specifically even better!

You'll be confident in managing campaigns from idea through to execution. You'll have a great eye for detail, always enthusiastic with a can-do attitidue. You'll have excellent interpersonal and communications skills which means you are comfortable liaising with agencies and colleagues at all levels and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
